Throughout the year the residents of Delmanor Glen Abbey have come together through various methods of fundraising to collect money towards the Ian Anderson House.
The Ian Anderson House is Ontario’s first in-resident cancer hospice that offers without charge, quality end-of-life palliative care by trained medical professionals for those who cannot be given the necessary round-the-clock care in their own homes. The House, therefore, is designed to create a homelike and safe environment where residents receive round-the-clock care.
It was an honor for everyone at Delmanor Glen Abbey to contribute $2000 to such a worthy cause. Year after year, fundraising for the Ian Anderson House continues to be a priority as giving back to our local community remains important to the staff and residents at Delmanor Glen Abbey.
