TTC Transit History Seminar

TTC Transit History Seminar

Delmanor Prince Edward residents were thrilled with “The Transit Historian” Trevor Parkins – Sciberras and his fantastic seminar on the history of the TTC.  Trevor featured fascinating Lego models of historic transit vehicles from 1849-2014.

The story covers the progression during 150 years of Toronto’s transit history, from horse-drawn, to motorized transportation.  Trevor’s passion and knowledge of the TTC’s great history captivated the audience.  Trevor has been spreading awareness and showcasing his Lego models and presentation at various events in many different cities.

As many of the Delmanor Prince Edward residents have been Toronto residents much of their lives, it was an added personal touch when Trevor displayed his video to the group.  Residents were thrilled seeing old pictures of Toronto and just how much the city has changed over the years.  Please view the link of Toronto Transit Historian Trevor in his CTV interview on youtube https://youtu.be/_Fse8AKYuxM.
