St. Joseph’s Society On Emergency Care & Helpful Advice for Seniors & Caregivers

St. Joseph’s Society partnered with Delmanor Prince Edward for a Society luncheon educating industry professionals about Emergency Departments and Senior Care.

With seniors being the fastest growing sub-group population in Ontario, along with a longer average life span of 81.4 years, education is key to minimize rapid cognitive decline, minimize care giver strain, and encourage the best quality of life for all seniors in Ontario.

Delmanor Prince Edward has pledged to support St. Joseph’s Hospital with their invaluable services that are provided to the community. Delmanor Prince Edward is thrilled to have raised $6,100 thus far and will continue to raise funds and awareness for St. Joseph’s Hospital with an additional event planned for this fall.

Working with local health care providers is just one of the many ways that Delmanor Prince Edward strives to enhance and support the wonderful services and care that make seniors lives more enjoyable.
