Delmanor recently held their 2019 Education Day that featured Williams HR Law, a firm that has been utilized by Delmanor since 2016. A total of eighty Delmanor and Tridel employees attended this day long event that was held at Montecassino Hotel in Toronto.
The Williams HR Law presenters were; Joel Smith, Laura Williams, and Aleksandra Pressey. They provided a full day of informative lectures including Recent Development and Trends in Human Resource Law, Managing Challenging Employees, Respect in the Workplace, and Strategies to Manage Cannabis in the Workplace.
The topics were interesting, informative and inspiring. All of the employees took away information and tools to help better cope with challenges in the workplace. To be better prepared ensures that employees are less stressed and anxious when dealing with challenges in the workplace.
