Delmanor’s Chef Gaurav and his excellent Culinary team donated their time, expertise, and inspirational food creations to one hundred and twenty excited guests and a great charity. They prepared and served one of their signature dishes consisting of individual portions of panko breaded scallops and sauteed shrimp, on a bed of lemon risotto served in a bamboo bowl and topped with daikon and fresh radish sprouts.
The anxious guests from Etobicoke’s professional community were treated to the mouth watering dish that was created with ingredients that were generously donated from six of Etobicoke’s finest restaurants. Since 2010 this popular event has raised over fifty thousand dollars for Arts Etobicoke’s Community Arts Program and Delmanor Prince Edward was thrilled to be a part of this event yet again!
