Delmanor Elgin Mills residents recently spent a wonderful day at the undersea world of Toronto’s Ripley’s Aquarium. The excitement began on the bus to Ripley’s when it was discovered that half of the residents on the trip had never been to the popular ten year old Toronto tourist attraction!
The Elgin Mills residents spent the entire morning winding their way through the amazing exhibits and tanks full of fascinating creatures. The bravest residents even ventured to the ‘touch tank’ where they were able to feel horseshoe crabs and baby sand sharks.
This trip idea was requested by a group of Delmanor residents that were looking for another fun experience to share with their friends. Knowing that the Delmanor bus would take them virtually anywhere they wish to go for a day trip, they decided that a trip to Ripley’s Aquarium for an adventure under the sea would be a fabulous idea!
The entire bus full of residents were not disappointed! The exciting day spent at the Aquarium was topped off with a meal at another famous Toronto hot-spot, Residents were treated to a pasta feast at the Old Spaghetti Factory!
