Travel the World Italy
Wednesday April 18th from 2:30pm-3:30pm

Come on a journey to the boot shaped land in the Mediterranean. Explore the land that has produced both Leonardo DaVinci and Linguini del pollo. From the mountains and wines of the north to the coasts and fisheries of South Italy, you will learn the beautiful nation with a deep history of art and music. In this session you will go on a virtual tour of Italy both past and present, learn some new words and meet some new people and places

Elder Technology Workshop
Thursday April 19th and Thursday April 26th from 3:00pm-4:00pm

Do you have an iPad, laptop or mobile device-but you’re not quite sure how to fully operate it?  Chris Bint from E-TAG  (Elder Technology Assistance Group) specializes in helping mature adults to understand technology. As a leader in senior adult education, Chris provides accessible technology support programs aimed at the novice user. Chris will return the second week to provide hands on instruction in a small group setting.

The discussion is around what nutrients you need to boost brain power. Exercise and its impact on aging and the importance of love and social contact.
