Delmanor Prince Edward Residents, family members and community guests came together in Prince Edwards’s beautiful dining room and Old Mill Pub for a fundraising evening in support of St. Joseph’s Health Centre.
The exquisite evening began with guests arriving to the tranquil atmosphere that was enhanced by the soothing piano sounds that filled the drawing room and beyond. Guests were treated to a sparkling wine and cheese reception in the Old Mill Pub offering a lovely opportunity to mingle and to meet new people, while participating in the exciting silent auction.
Everyone was warmly welcomed to the event and introduced to Gillian Cambridge from St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation. Moving to the elegantly appointed dining room, guests were introduced to Mark Donaldson, Sommelier for the evening, and the talent behind the exceptionally paired wines that perfectly complimented each dish. Guests were thrilled to have been given the opportunity to meet the Award Winning Delmanor Chefs who created culinary masterpieces for the excited guests.
The evening was a wonderful success from every perspective. Delmanor Prince Edward residents were able to enjoy an elegant fine dining experience with family, friends and members of the community, while supporting St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation that does so very much for so many in the local area.
