As the largest country in South America, and with over twenty-one million people, Brazil is one of the most multi-cultural and ethnically diverse nations in the world.
With the diversity in its people and culture, to its beautiful landscapes and festivals, the country of Brazil is a fascinating destination. The residents of Delmanor Wynford and their invited guests were thrilled to explore Brazil through this exciting presentation.
This lively event brought the largest carnival in the world, the ‘Carnival in Rio’, and Churrasco, (Brazilian BBQ) to the Delmanor Wynford residents and guests. The building was alive with the sights and sounds of the carnival with brightly colored costume dancers and samba music that had everyone dancing along to the beat.
A traditional Brazilian menu was served to top off the Passport to the World event that transported everyone to the beautiful city of Rio.
Delmanor Wynford’s Passport to the World Program is a very popular series that allows residents and guests to be immersed in the food, music and culture of various locations around the world.
